For my CIBACS Senior Project, I created French macaron business called Macaron, mon Ami?. I originally planned to launch a bikeshare in Huntington Beach; however, due to current restraints, I would not have been able. In order to complete my project, I developed a product, branded my company, obtained necessary legal documents, and sold at a street fair.  My learning stretch was to improve my time management skills, logo designing skills, and customer relation skills. Because of this project, I am an official sole proprietor, and that's pretty cool.
